La cifra global de usuarios supera por primera vez la barrera de los 40 millones de viajes y se sit\u00faa en 41,3 millones, con un incremento interanual del 5&nbsp;% y del 23&nbsp;% en dos a\u00f1os, alcanz\u00e1ndose un 76&nbsp;% de usuarios residentes sobre el total. El n\u00famero de usuarios residentes asciende hasta los 31,5 millones, cifra que supone un aumento del 8&nbsp;% respecto al a\u00f1o anterior y 23,5 millones m\u00e1s de viajeros (cerca de un 300&nbsp;% m\u00e1s) en relaci\u00f3n con 2019, a\u00f1o previo a la pandemia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El conseller de Vivienda, Territorio y Movilidad, Jos\u00e9 Luis Mateo, ha presentado los datos en el balance de 2025 del transporte p\u00fablico de competencia auton\u00f3mica \u2014tren, metro y autob\u00fas interurbano de Mallorca. \u00abUn balance positivo en cuanto al fomento del transporte p\u00fablico como alternativa al uso del veh\u00edculo privado, con mejoras relevantes tanto en el servicio de bus TIB como en el tren y el metro, y enfocadas principalmente en nuestros residentes\u00bb, ha se\u00f1alado durante una comparecencia junto a la directora general de Movilidad, Lorena del Valle;
