En un a\u00f1o en el que TMB ha superado los 700 millones de validaciones, la red de metro ha sido valorada con 8,21 puntos, 0,19 puntos m\u00e1s que en el mismo estudio de 2024. Por su parte, la satisfacci\u00f3n en la red de bus ha registrado 8,19 puntos, superando la puntuaci\u00f3n de 8,02 puntos registrada en el estudio. edici\u00f3n del&nbsp;<em>Estudio de Percepci\u00f3n del Cliente&nbsp;<\/em>&nbsp;que analiza cu\u00e1l ha sido la opini\u00f3n de los usuarios de las redes de transporte p\u00fablico de TMB durante 2025, y que tiene registros desde 2010.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La\u00a0\u00a0presidenta de TMB, Laia Bonet\u00a0, ha querido recordar que los registros hist\u00f3ricos de la demanda durante 2025 no ha sido impedimento para\u00a0\u00a0\u00abseguir obteniendo muy buenas cifras de satisfacci\u00f3n\u00bb.\u00a0\u00a0Los datos, ha explicado, \u00bb\u00a0confirman que la confianza de la ciudadan\u00eda en el servicio es absoluta y que las valoraciones positivas sobre la red demuestran que la Barcelona del transporte p\u00fablico funciona muy bien\u00bb.\u00a0\u00a0Laia Bonet ha querido agradecer especialmente la labor \u00bb\u00a0de los y las profesionales de TMB que con su trabajo diario hacen posible alcanzar estas cifras hist\u00f3ricas de satisfacci\u00f3n por parte de los
