{"id":5092,"date":"2010-05-23T17:43:22","date_gmt":"2010-05-23T17:43:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost\/objetivos-del-omm\/"},"modified":"2010-05-23T17:43:22","modified_gmt":"2010-05-23T17:43:22","slug":"objetivos-del-omm","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/observatoriomovilidad.es\/en\/objetivos-del-omm\/","title":{"rendered":"Objetivos del OMM"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El principal objetivo del OMM es observar y analizar las tendencias generales de movilidad mediante una serie de indicadores agrupados en: datos socioecon\u00f3micos, oferta, demanda, financiaci\u00f3n, e innovaciones del transporte p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sin embargo, hay otros objetivos m\u00e1s concretos:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Reflejar la contribuci\u00f3n del transporte p\u00fablico en la mejora del entorno urbano, amenazado de forma significativa por los impactos derivados de un uso excesivo del veh\u00edculo privado, como reflejan los datos sobre calidad del aire, consumo energ\u00e9tico, accidentes, etc.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Describir el papel desempe\u00f1ado por las Autoridades de Transporte P\u00fablico (ATP) en la consecuci\u00f3n de un transporte p\u00fablico atractivo y de calidad, y su capacidad de adaptaci\u00f3n a contextos reguladores, territoriales y de demanda muy diversos.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Realizar un seguimiento en el tiempo de las caracter\u00edsticas de oferta y demanda de movilidad, con particular atenci\u00f3n al transporte p\u00fablico.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Destacar la importancia de los recursos p\u00fablicos dedicados al sector, tanto en forma de inversiones (nuevas infraestructuras, conservaci\u00f3n y material m\u00f3vil) como aportaciones compensatorias del d\u00e9ficit de operaci\u00f3n del sistema.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Describir los sistemas de financiaci\u00f3n del transporte p\u00fablico, incluyendo la dimensi\u00f3n social del sistema (tarifas preferenciales), y su grado de competitividad en comparaci\u00f3n con el veh\u00edculo privado.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Rese\u00f1ar las principales iniciativas y novedades emprendidas por las distintas \u00e1reas metropolitanas.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Permitir a las autoridades metropolitanas revisar y mejorar su gesti\u00f3n, mediante una base de datos amplia sobre el conjunto de \u00e1reas metropolitanas del pa\u00eds.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El principal objetivo del OMM es observar y analizar las tendencias generales de movilidad mediante una serie de indicadores agrupados en: datos socioecon\u00f3micos, oferta, demanda, financiaci\u00f3n, e innovaciones del transporte p\u00fablico.
