Por su capacidad t\u00e9cnica, por su conocimiento del territorio, por su conocimiento de los diversos modos de transporte, est\u00e1n siendo elementos claros de vertebraci\u00f3n de todas las actuaciones que en el \u00e1mbito territorial de su competencia se est\u00e1n produciendo.<\/p>\n<p>A trav\u00e9s de los planes de movilidad vuelven a tomar un papel de coordinaci\u00f3n entre los diversos agentes dentro de cada \u00e1mbito territorial, para que esos nuevos desarrollos urbanos de los ayuntamientos perif\u00e9ricos se centren sobre las l\u00edneas de transporte p\u00fablico,
