Valencia<\/em><\/strong><em><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Se puede constatar c\u00f3mo la tecnolog\u00eda no es suficiente para resolver el problema del cambio clim\u00e1tico, sino que tiene que ser apoyada con acciones desde el punto de vista de la planificaci\u00f3n y la demanda.
