De esta forma, junto a los barrios de Cortes y Embajadores, ser\u00edan 352 las hect\u00e1reas totales de tr\u00e1fico restringido.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los veh\u00edculos de personas no residentes tendr\u00e1n limitado el paso y solamente podr\u00e1n circular por las arterias principales. Sin embargo, s\u00ed podr\u00e1n acceder si tienen como destino uno de los 13 aparcamientos encerrados en el per\u00edmetro. Tambi\u00e9n existen excepciones para motocicletas, que tendr\u00e1n acceso libre desde las siete de la ma\u00f1ana a diez de la noche y furgonetas que lleven mercanc\u00edas, que podr\u00e1n circular sin penalizaci\u00f3n de 10 de la ma\u00f1ana a una del mediod\u00eda.<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"line-height: 1.6;\">Esta estrategia forma parte del Plan de Movilidad de la ciudad de Madrid, aprobado antes del verano, que pretende reducir progresivamente el uso del veh\u00edculo privado en la almendra central de la capital.
