De esta forma, es oportuno abrir un foro de reflexi\u00f3n y debatir sobre el papel que est\u00e1n jugando \u00e9stas en la movilidad urbana y en la calidad de vida de los ciudadanos.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>La Universidad de Navarra y el Ayuntamiento de Pamplona invitan a\u00a0expertos en movilidad urbana, responsables pol\u00edticos y t\u00e9cnicos municipales, empresas del sector de la elevaci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como arquitectos, urbanistas e ingenieros relacionados con proyectos de dise\u00f1o y construcci\u00f3n de este tipo de infraestructuras\u00a0al I\u00a0CONGRESO de MOVILIDAD URBANA VERTICAL, que se celebrar\u00e1 los d\u00edas<strong> <\/strong>24 y 25 de septiembre de 2015<strong> <\/strong>en Pamplona.<\/p>\n<p>El objetivo es contrastar de forma rigurosa los criterios que deben tenerse en cuenta de cara a la implantaci\u00f3n de las infraestructuras; el tipo de soluciones adoptadas habitualmente y su localizaci\u00f3n; las ventajas y los inconvenientes de cada una de ellas; la repercusi\u00f3n en la movilidad a diferentes escalas urbanas; los efectos sobre los ciudadanos en su conjunto y sobre las personas con mayores dificultades de movilidad en particular, etc. Tambi\u00e9n se analizar\u00e1n ejemplos concretos de \u00e9xito, soluciones innovadoras a determinados problemas y an\u00e1lisis prospectivos sobre el futuro de la movilidad urbana vertical.<\/p>\n<p>El congreso contar\u00e1 con relevantes expertos como Alfonso Sanz (GEA 21), Josu Benaito (Ayuntamiento de Donostia-San Sebasti\u00e1n), Concha Fern\u00e1ndez Ordoyo (Ayuntamiento de Vitoria-Gasteiz), Joan Manel Gonz\u00e1lez Dur\u00e1n y J. Marcos C\u00e1ceres Redondo (Ayuntamiento de Santa Coloma de Gramenet), entre otros.<\/p>\n<p>Est\u00e1 prevista la posibilidad de presentar aportaciones al congreso en forma de comunicaciones
