Se trata de un congreso sobre cambio clim\u00e1tico que interconecta el debate global con las soluciones locales.<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

El objetivo del congreso fue hacer un llamamiento a las entidades locales de todo el pa\u00eds para tener un nuevo encuentro sobre sostenibilidad en los municipios. En esta ocasi\u00f3n, el debate se centr\u00f3 en torno al empleo, energ\u00eda y clima. Tambi\u00e9n se ha querido dar continuidad a parte de los trabajos realizados en el Conama 2014, dedicado a la Econom\u00eda Baja en Carbono. En este sentido, Espa\u00f1a debe cambiar su gesti\u00f3n para hacer frente a un nuevo escenario orientado a financiar medidas concentradas en las prioridades europeas, intentando convertir la reducci\u00f3n de emisiones en un factor positivo para la econom\u00eda.<\/span><\/div>\n
