Debido a ello, se decidi\u00f3 aplicar el <\/span><strong style=\"line-height: 1.6;\"><em>Escenario 1<\/em><\/strong><span style=\"line-height: 1.6;\"> contemplado en el <\/span><a style=\"line-height: 1.6;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.madrid.es\/portales\/munimadrid\/es\/Inicio\/Ayuntamiento\/Medios-de-Comunicacion\/Notas-de-prensa\/Protocolo-de-medidas-para-episodios-de-alta-contaminacion?vgnextfmt=especial2&#038;vgnextoid=e28ef0e6cc95b410VgnVCM1000000b205a0aRCRD&#038;vgnextchannel=6091317d3d2a7010VgnVCM100000dc0ca8c0RCRD&#038;tipofichero=presentacion\">Protocolo para Episodios de Alta Contaminaci\u00f3n<\/a><span style=\"line-height: 1.6;\">, que limitaba la velocidad de los veh\u00edculos a 70 km\/h en la M-30 y en los accesos a la ciudad, dentro de la M-40, en ambos sentidos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>No obstante, esta medida no fue suficiente para rebajar los niveles de NOx registrados, y el d\u00eda siguiente -13 de noviembre-, se aplic\u00f3 el <strong><em>Escenario 2<\/em><\/strong>, que adem\u00e1s de incluir las medidas del Escenario 1, proh\u00edbe el aparcamiento en la zona SER a los no residentes.<\/p>\n<p>De esta forma, se trata de la primera vez que Madrid activa el protocolo aprobado en marzo de 2015 y, en definitiva, la primera vez que se aplican medidas restrictivas para intentar reducir los niveles de contaminaci\u00f3n.
