Ha sido redactado por las 195 delegaciones participantes en la cumbre del clima.<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n

El borrador contiene 48 p\u00e1ginas con las l\u00edneas maestras del acuerdo que se pretende alcanzar el 11 de diciembre. Las posiciones de los pa\u00edses desarrollados y en desarrollo se encuentran a\u00fan muy distanciadas, aunque existe una voluntad plena de cerrar la COP21 con un acuerdo que vincule a todos los pa\u00edses. El debate se centra en torno al tope fijado como \u201cclima peligroso\u201d. Los pa\u00edses m\u00e1s afectados por el calentamiento global proponen un list\u00f3n de 1,5 grados, mientras que los dem\u00e1s pa\u00edses intentan fijarlo en 2 grados. No obstante, si sigue la tendencia actual, se estima que nos enfrentar\u00edamos a un escenario con un calentamiento global de 2,7 grados antes de finales de siglo.<\/span><\/div>\n
