La nueva normativa contempla incluso la posibilidad de restringir por decreto la totalidad del tr\u00e1fico en la M-30 y la almendra central en situaciones muy excepcionales, cuando se superen los 400 microgramos de NO<sub>2<\/sub> por metro c\u00fabico y la meteorolog\u00eda sea desfavorable.<span style=\"line-height: 1.6;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.6;\">Del mismo modo se modifica el aviso a la poblaci\u00f3n, que se producir\u00e1 con un d\u00eda de antelaci\u00f3n, con el fin de que los ciudadanos dispongan de tiempo suficiente para buscar una alternativa de transporte.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a
