Para la campa\u00f1a de este a\u00f1o, y con el lema \u201cMovilidad Inteligente, econom\u00eda fuerte\u201d, la Comisi\u00f3n Europea ha establecido cuatro \u00e1reas prioritarias de trabajo: descarbonizaci\u00f3n, ciudadan\u00eda, innovaci\u00f3n y digitalizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Europa se ha puesto como objetivos la desaparici\u00f3n gradual de los coches di\u00e9sel de las ciudades de aqu\u00ed a 2050 y alcanzar en 2030 una log\u00edstica urbana de emisiones cero en el centro de las principales ciudades. Y para lograrlo, es necesaria una transici\u00f3n hacia el transporte limpio (veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos, bicicleta, etc.) y un mayor uso del transporte p\u00fablico u otras modalidades como compartir coches privados.<\/p>\n<p>Algunas ciudades ya est\u00e1n poniendo en marcha medidas innovadoras que incorporan sistemas de recompensa a los conductores que optan por utilizar el transporte p\u00fablico o compartir el veh\u00edculo privado. Un ejemplo de ello es el proyecto piloto puesto en marcha durante doce meses en la ciudad de Los \u00c1ngeles.<\/p>\n<p>Para mejorar la gesti\u00f3n del tr\u00e1fico, \u2018Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority\u2019, autoridad responsable del transporte en el \u00e1rea metropolitana de la ciudad, ha puesto en marcha la iniciativa \u2018Metro ExpressLanes\u2019.\u00c2\u00c2\u00a0 La compa\u00f1\u00eda Xerox se encarg\u00f3 de implementar un sistema por el que los conductores tendr\u00edan que pagar un peaje por circular a lo largo de 50 millas (algo m\u00e1s de 80 kil\u00f3metros) en dos carriles habilitados en la autopista Interestatal 110. En estos carriles, los coches y las furgonetas compartidas, los autobuses y las motocicletas no estaban obligados a pagar por circular.
