estar\u00e1n adaptados a personas con movilidad reducida.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>Las conexiones entre la capital y la comarca del Bajo Andarax cuentan ya con nuevos autobuses que reforzar\u00e1n el servicio con mayor n\u00famero de plazas y que, adem\u00e1s, estar\u00e1n adaptados a personas con movilidad reducida.<\/p>\n<p>Los nuevos veh\u00edculos, modelo Mercedes-Benz Citaro, pasan de 70 plazas por trayecto a 78 (53 sentadas y 25 de pie) para las que est\u00e1n habilitados los nuevos servicios lo que supondr\u00e1, seg\u00fan explic\u00f3 el pasado d\u00eda 24 de enero el delegado de Fomento, Antonio Mart\u00ednez, \u201cuna mejora en la eficiencia y comodidad del transporte p\u00fablico metropolitano de la zona, pues adem\u00e1s de cumplir con la m\u00e1s reciente normativa sobre accesibilidad, ampl\u00edan el n\u00famero de plazas disponibles para viajeros con movilidad reducida, pasando de una a dos plazas adaptadas por veh\u00edculo\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Los autobuses cuentan adem\u00e1s con zonas adaptadas para la sujeci\u00f3n de sillas de ruedas, con un pulsador exterior para el anuncio de rampa y la reserva de dos asientos adaptados para personas con discapacidad visual en segunda y tercera fila, con su respectiva se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n, casquillo para invidentes y placas de aluminio con inscripci\u00f3n en Braille.<\/p>\n<p>Los nuevos veh\u00edculos, adscritos a la l\u00ednea metropolitana de transporte p\u00fablico que une Almer\u00eda, Hu\u00e9rcal de Almer\u00eda, Viator y Pechina, reflejan \u201cla apuesta decidida que estamos realizando por mejorar la calidad del transporte p\u00fablico en el \u00e1rea, con la adopci\u00f3n de medidas como la continua renovaci\u00f3n de la flota de veh\u00edculos, la instalaci\u00f3n de postes de informaci\u00f3n en tiempo real o la inminente renovaci\u00f3n de los sistemas de billetaje de toda la Red de Consorcios de Transporte de Andaluc\u00eda\u201d, proyecto que, seg\u00fan record\u00f3 el delegado de Fomento, lidera el \u00e1rea metropolitana de Almer\u00eda y supondr\u00e1 una inversi\u00f3n total cercana a los dos millones de euros.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tres millones de viajes por Almer\u00eda<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El Consorcio de Transporte gestion\u00f3 durante 2017 m\u00e1s de 3 millones de viajes en el interior del cintur\u00f3n metropolitano de Almer\u00eda, localiz\u00e1ndose mas de 375.000 de estos desplazamientos (un 11% del total) en el Bajo Andarax y siendo esta la zona donde m\u00e1s se utiliza el titulo intermodal metropolitano: m\u00e1s del 54% de los viajes realizados en la zona ya se abonan con la tarjeta \u00fanica de transporte del Consorcio.<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"M\u00e1s autobuses para el
