Econom\u00eda Fuerte\u201d, y al igual que otros a\u00f1os, se adhirieron diferentes Ayuntamientos y Mancomunidades de Municipios, Organizaciones sociales, Instituciones y Empresas.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>La participaci\u00f3n en Espa\u00f1a ha sido de 451 ciudades (m\u00e1s de un 20% del total de ciudades que han participado en toda Europa), situ\u00e1ndose en el segundo pa\u00eds, detr\u00e1s de Austria, con mayor n\u00famero de municipios adheridos.\u00c2\u00c2\u00a0 La poblaci\u00f3n implicada en estas 451 ciudades es de m\u00e1s de 25 millones de habitantes. Por CCAA, Catalu\u00f1a es la regi\u00f3n que ha registrado un mayor n\u00famero de Ayuntamientos participantes, con 270, seguida de Andaluc\u00eda (42), Comunidad Valenciana (25) y Madrid (23).<\/p>\n<p>Espa\u00f1a es el \u00fanico pa\u00eds de la UE que exige la implementaci\u00f3n de, al menos, una medida permanente a todos los municipios participantes. Desde el inicio de la celebraci\u00f3n de la SEM, en el a\u00f1o 2000, en Espa\u00f1a se han implementado unas 35.000 medidas permanentes de movilidad en los municipios que han participado en las diversas ediciones de la SEM.
