{"id":5514,"date":"2017-02-15T13:41:32","date_gmt":"2017-02-15T13:41:32","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost\/chile-cumple-10-anos-de-transantiago\/"},"modified":"2017-02-15T13:41:32","modified_gmt":"2017-02-15T13:41:32","slug":"chile-cumple-10-anos-de-transantiago","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/observatoriomovilidad.es\/en\/chile-cumple-10-anos-de-transantiago\/","title":{"rendered":"Chile cumple 10 a\u00f1os de Transantiago"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"images\/stories\/08_noticias\/2017_02\/170215_transantiago.jpg\" width=\"180\" height=\"91\" alt=\"170215_transantiago\" style=\"margin-right: 10px; float: left;\" \/>Desde su etapa de dise\u00f1o, el sistema de transporte p\u00fablico de la capital chilena ha generado pol\u00e9mica por su funcionamiento y su financiamiento.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>El pasado viernes 10 de febrero cumpl\u00eda sus primeros 10 a\u00f1os en Chile el Transantiago, un sistema de transporte p\u00fablico que integr\u00f3 un remodelado sistema de buses en superficie, operados bajo licitaci\u00f3n por empresas privadas, con el Metro, la red de tren subterr\u00e1neo estatal que opera en la capital.<\/p>\n<p>El debut fue problem\u00e1tico. Pese a que se program\u00f3 unas semanas antes del inicio del a\u00f1o escolar para aprovechar la poca afluencia de p\u00fablico, los 4.000 buses no dieron abasto y tuvieron que operar de manera gratuita durante los tres primeros d\u00edas debido a la falta de validadores para la nueva Bip!. La desinformaci\u00f3n y la escasez de tarjetas incrementaron el caos en el principal n\u00facleo urbano del pa\u00eds sudamericano \u2014la capital tiene en total m\u00e1s de 6,2 millones de habitantes\u2014.<\/p>\n<p>El dise\u00f1o, que ten\u00eda entre sus objetivos descongestionar la ciudad, tuvo que lidiar primero con el descontento de los ciudadanos. Las quejas se relacionaban con el reemplazo de los largos recorridos del sistema antiguo por una compleja combinaci\u00f3n entre buses \u2014que circulaban una frecuencia incierta\u2014 y el tren subterr\u00e1neo, cuya capacidad fue llevada al l\u00edmite. En la antesala de la conmemoraci\u00f3n de la primera d\u00e9cada, el ministro de Transportes y Telecomunicaciones chileno, Andr\u00e9s G\u00f3mez-Lobo, valor\u00f3 que \u00ablos problemas que tiene el Transantiago son muy distintos a los de hace 10 a\u00f1os (&#8230;) ciertamente no es el sistema que vimos al inicio\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tres millones de viajes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hoy circulan en torno a 6.600 buses y cada d\u00eda se validan unos tres millones de viajes. Los reclamos de los usuarios apuntan a que el Transantiago complic\u00f3 un sistema que ten\u00eda falencias, pero era simple y funcionaba, al incluir transbordos y combinaciones con Metro.
