Se trata de los ejes del parque del Oeste a la plaza de Col\u00f3n (los bulevares), de Alonso Mart\u00ednez a Cuatro Caminos (por Santa Engracia) y de la plaza de Chamber\u00ed a la avenida de los Toreros (por Juan Bravo). Todos ellos abrir\u00e1n en tres fases, la primera de ellas el 8 de mayo, la segunda el 28 del mismo mes y la \u00faltima en julio. La inversi\u00f3n en los 30 kil\u00f3metros de v\u00edas para bicicletas previstos este a\u00f1o es de ocho millones de euros.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span><span><span>\u201cMe encantar\u00eda ir en bici al trabajo, pero no me atrevo. Los coches van demasiado r\u00e1pido y me da miedo. Si hubiera carril bici\u201d&#8230; Carmen, vecina de Arganzuela, expresa sus temores a la hora de utilizar la bicicleta por la capital. Aunque todo el mundo tiene interiorizado que la bici se puede usar en los parques, no tantos la usan como medio de transporte. \u201cEl l\u00edmite de 30 km\/h en los ciclocarriles se cumple poco. Yo no dejo a mi hija que vaya en bici en esas condiciones\u201d, dice Carlos Corral, subdirector de Movilidad Sostenible del Ayuntamiento.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span><span><span>\u201cLos ciclocarriles han cumplido una labor importante de darle una mayor visibilidad a la bici, pero no consiguen el atractivo que tiene una v\u00eda exclusiva ciclista, y adem\u00e1s tampoco reducen la capacidad vial para el tr\u00e1fico motorizado\u201d, coincide Miguel Andr\u00e9s, de la asociaci\u00f3n ciclista
