{"id":5647,"date":"2018-04-04T15:31:01","date_gmt":"2018-04-04T15:31:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost\/la-comunidad-de-madrid-destina-29-millones-a-la-gestion-integral-de-la-multi-y-la-tarjeta-infantil\/"},"modified":"2018-04-04T15:31:01","modified_gmt":"2018-04-04T15:31:01","slug":"la-comunidad-de-madrid-destina-29-millones-a-la-gestion-integral-de-la-multi-y-la-tarjeta-infantil","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/observatoriomovilidad.es\/en\/la-comunidad-de-madrid-destina-29-millones-a-la-gestion-integral-de-la-multi-y-la-tarjeta-infantil\/","title":{"rendered":"La Comunidad de Madrid destina 29 millones a la gesti\u00f3n integral de la Multi y la Tarjeta Infantil"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"images\/stories\/08_noticias\/2018_04\/1804_crtm.jpg\" width=\"180\" height=\"91\" alt=\"1804_crtm\" style=\"margin-right: 10px; float: left;\" \/><\/p>\n<p>El servicio incluye la venta y actualizaci\u00f3n de la nueva tarjeta que ha sustituido a los billetes de papel, as\u00ed como la activaci\u00f3n de los t\u00edtulos gratuitos para menores de 7 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>El Gobierno de la Comunidad de Madrid ha autorizado al Consorcio Regional de Transportes (CRTM) a iniciar la contrataci\u00f3n de la red de comercializaci\u00f3n que dar\u00e1 soporte a los usuarios de la nueva tarjeta Multi y la Tarjeta Infantil, por un importe de 29 millones de euros y una duraci\u00f3n de 4 a\u00f1os, con posibilidad de pr\u00f3rroga con una duraci\u00f3n m\u00e1xima de dos a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>Esta decisi\u00f3n se suma al acuerdo adoptado hace varias semanas por el Consejo de Gobierno para contratar el servicio de gesti\u00f3n e informaci\u00f3n al usuario de la Tarjeta de Transporte P\u00fablico (TTP) de la Comunidad de Madrid, lo que supone la gesti\u00f3n integral de todos los t\u00edtulos del Consorcio que ya se comercializan a trav\u00e9s de la tecnolog\u00eda de tarjetas inteligentes sin contacto.<\/p>\n<p>El proceso de migraci\u00f3n a este sistema en detrimento de la tecnolog\u00eda de banda magn\u00e9tica se inici\u00f3 en 2012 y, tras superar distintas fases, culmin\u00f3 el pasado mes de julio, cuando empez\u00f3 el proceso de migraci\u00f3n de los t\u00edtulos no personales (como billetes sencillos y de 10 viajes) a la nueva tarjeta Multi. Tras unos meses de convivencia de ambos sistemas, desde el pasado 1 de enero ya no existen en circulaci\u00f3n billetes en papel.<\/p>\n<p>El objeto de este nuevo contrato es la implantaci\u00f3n y explotaci\u00f3n de una red para la venta atendida de los t\u00edtulos soportados por esta tecnolog\u00eda sin contacto, que incluir\u00e1 entre otros servicios la venta, actualizaci\u00f3n y carga de tarjetas Multi o la activaci\u00f3n de la Tarjeta Infantil, un t\u00edtulo que permite viajar de manera gratuita a los menores de 7 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"La Comunidad de Madrid destina 29
