De esta manera, ATUC quiere ofrecer alternativas para desplazarse durante los d\u00edas en los que se active este plan anticontaminaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan la propuesta de esta asociaci\u00f3n, el \u201cbillete gris\u201d se convertir\u00eda en un t\u00edtulo espec\u00edfico que permitir\u00eda a los usuarios que hagan un uso extraordinario del transporte p\u00fablico -como les ocurre a los conductores en episodios de alta contaminaci\u00f3n- pagar un importe proporcionalmente directo al que abonan los viajeros habituales. As\u00ed, si en Madrid un abono mensual zona A cuesta 54,6 euros, ese billete diario costar\u00eda 1,8 euros; es decir, el coste diario del abono.<\/p>\n<p>Este billete, adem\u00e1s, contribuir\u00eda, seg\u00fan ATUC, a lograr un cambio modal por el que cada vez m\u00e1s gente se decidir\u00eda a aparcar sus veh\u00edculos y a subirse al transporte p\u00fablico, lo que a su vez reducir\u00eda dr\u00e1sticamente los niveles de contaminaci\u00f3n. Seg\u00fan sus datos, si el tr\u00e1fico causa la mitad de las emisiones registradas en los centros urbanos, m\u00e1s del 90% corresponden al tr\u00e1nsito de coches y motos.<\/p>\n<p>Por otra parte, ATUC considera que el transporte p\u00fablico no deber\u00eda ser gratuito en los episodios de alta contaminaci\u00f3n. La asociaci\u00f3n arguye que el precio no es un factor decisivo para aquellos que optan por ir en coche, m\u00e1xime teniendo en cuenta que los costes de desplazarse en veh\u00edculo privado pueden llegar a cuadruplicar a los del desplazamiento en transporte p\u00fablico. Asimismo, argumenta que la gratuidad transmite la idea de que se regala el transporte al que causa el problema, y que no se puede premiar a quienes al d\u00eda siguiente a una jornada de restricciones
