Los &#8216;ataques&#8217;, que realmente son parar los trenes para pintarlos, suponen para los operadores y gestores un coste superior a 20 millones de euros al a\u00f1o. La cifra ha sido comunicada este mi\u00e9rcoles por la Asociaci\u00f3n del Transporte P\u00fablico Urbano (ATUC).<\/p>\n<p>De hecho, la asociaci\u00f3n estima que en el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o se han producido en el transporte p\u00fablico m\u00e1s de 7.300 pintadas de este tipo, ocasionado unas p\u00e9rdidas millonarias en servicios de limpieza que terminan pagando, a fin de cuentas, los contribuyentes como usuarios finales.<\/p>\n<p>Pero ATUC no solo denuncia el coste econ\u00f3mico que suponen \u00abestas pr\u00e1cticas tan reprochables\u00bb, tambi\u00e9n aseguran que muchas de esas acciones van \u00abacompa\u00f1adas de da\u00f1os colaterales como amenazas y agresiones tanto a testigos como empleados de las empresas afectadas, en especial al personal de vigilancia\u00bb, tanto que recientemente un maquinista del Metro de Madrid sufri\u00f3 una crisis de ansiedad tras ser asaltado por grafiteros. Incluso hablan de que estos hechos se han convertido \u00aben un reclamo para el turismo grafitero\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>En este contexto, ATUC relata que existe una impunidad con la que, en ocasiones, \u00abestos actos vand\u00e1licos vienen siendo tratados por la Justicia\u00bb y, por ello, pide a la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado \u00abque sean considerados delito de da\u00f1os y no simples deslucimiento\u201d cuando derivan en importantes deterioros, muchas veces irrecuperables, que terminan por mermar la calidad del servicio al usuario por retrasos y \u201cparones\u201d innecesarios\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>ATUC explica que \u00abla trascendencia jur\u00eddica de estas pintadas actualmente no est\u00e1 recibiendo la respuesta penal que merecieran, despenalizando y rebajando la gravedad de los da\u00f1os ocasionados, tal y como se desprende de algunos procedimientos judiciales abiertos hasta la fecha\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p><a style=\"line-height: 1.6;\"
