{"id":5874,"date":"2020-01-14T17:38:53","date_gmt":"2020-01-14T17:38:53","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost\/blank-58\/"},"modified":"2020-01-14T17:38:53","modified_gmt":"2020-01-14T17:38:53","slug":"blank-58","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/observatoriomovilidad.es\/en\/blank-58\/","title":{"rendered":"El transporte p\u00fablico de Barcelona atender\u00e1 cerca de 170.000 viajes diarios m\u00e1s por la entrada en vigor permanente de la ZBE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><strong><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"images\/stories\/08_noticias\/2020_01\/20.01_ZBE_ATM.BNA_rec.jpg\" alt=\"20.01_ZBE_ATM.BNA_rec\" style=\"margin-right: 10px; float: left;\" width=\"180\" height=\"91\" \/><\/strong><\/strong><strong>En los dos \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, el sistema de transporte p\u00fablico ha mejorado frecuencias, ha estrenado l\u00edneas, abierto estaciones y prolongado servicios para recibir la ZBE en mejores condiciones.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>La Zona de Bajas Emisiones Rondas Barcelona (ZBE Rondas BCN) entr\u00f3 en vigor de forma permanente el pasado 1 de enero de 2020, casi tres a\u00f1os despu\u00e9s del acuerdo pol\u00edtico para la mejora de la calidad del aire firmado por la Generalitat, el Ayuntamiento de Barcelona y el \u00c1rea Metropolitana de Barcelona y otros entes locales. El objetivo de la medida era reducir en 5 a\u00f1os un 10% de las emisiones vinculadas al tr\u00e1fico a la conurbaci\u00f3n de Barcelona, para lograr hasta el 30% en 15 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>El a\u00f1o 2017, la ZBE Rondas BCN se defini\u00f3 como un \u00e1mbito de restricci\u00f3n temporal de tr\u00e1fico y refuerzo del transporte p\u00fablico los d\u00edas de episodios ambientales por alta contaminaci\u00f3n de di\u00f3xido de nitr\u00f3geno (NO2), un caso que no se ha llegado a producir nunca desde entonces. No obstante, las administraciones y autoridades responsables del transporte p\u00fablico, la Generalitat de Catalunya, el Ayuntamiento de Barcelona y el AMB, que conforman el ATM, han preparado la red y el sistema, de mutuo acuerdo con los operadores, para incrementar progresivamente la oferta ante el incremento de demanda derivado del importante cambio de modelo de movilidad que introduce la ZBE.<\/p>\n<p>Se estima que la ZBE de Rondas Barcelona derivar\u00e1 hacia el sistema de transporte p\u00fablico cerca de 170.000 desplazamientos diarios que corresponden a 137.000 trayectos de veh\u00edculo privado, de los cuales 87.000 son entradas y salidas de la zona restringida, y cerca de 50.000 son internos.
