El transporte p\u00fablico contin\u00faa consolidando su presencia multimodal en un momento en el que la sostenibilidad juega un papel social clave y el transporte colectivo y eficiente es imprescindible.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"images\/stories\/08_noticias\/2020_02\/0220_Barcelona2_opt.jpg\" width=\"650\" height=\"469\" alt=\"0220_Barcelona2_opt\" \/><\/p>\n<p>En valores absolutos, destacan al cierre de diciembre el crecimiento de la red de bus de Barcelona, con una subida de 7,9 millones de viajes, y de los buses metropolitanos, con 7 millones m\u00e1s que el 2018, una cifra que supone un aumento de un 7,3%. En valores porcentuales, tambi\u00e9n hay que subrayar el crecimiento de un 6,7% de los autobuses interurbanos o de FGC (4,4%).<\/p>\n<p>En definitiva, el \u00e1rea de Barcelona acaba 2019 con un incremento absoluto de 31 millones de viajes m\u00e1s que el pasado a\u00f1o, un 3%, a las puertas de un 2020 con novedades tan importantes como la revoluci\u00f3n del nuevo sistema de t\u00edtulos y
