{"id":5899,"date":"2020-03-18T10:19:25","date_gmt":"2020-03-18T10:19:25","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost\/blank-83\/"},"modified":"2020-03-18T10:19:25","modified_gmt":"2020-03-18T10:19:25","slug":"blank-83","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/observatoriomovilidad.es\/en\/blank-83\/","title":{"rendered":"El transporte p\u00fablico a nivel nacional se reduce al 50 %, salvo Metro, Cercan\u00edas y autobuses durante el estado de alarma por el coronavirus"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"images\/stories\/08_noticias\/2020_03\/0320_Reduccion_Nacional_COVID19.jpg\" width=\"180\" height=\"91\" alt=\"0320_Reduccion_Nacional_COVID19\" style=\"margin-right: 10px; float: left;\" \/><strong>El transporte p\u00fablico de viajeros en el interior del pa\u00eds por carretera, ferroviario, a\u00e9reo y mar\u00edtimo se reducir\u00e1 al menos un 50%, a excepci\u00f3n del servicio de Cercan\u00edas y del resto de transportes de competencia auton\u00f3mica y municipal, es decir, Metro y autobuses urbanos e interurbanos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>Seg\u00fan el real decreto que declara el estado de alarma por la crisis del coronavirus, dichas medidas y porcentajes podr\u00e1n ser modificados por el Ministro de Transportes, Movilidad y Agenda Urbana (Mitma), que podr\u00e1 establecer condiciones espec\u00edficas al respecto.<\/p>\n<p>En el caso de los servicios de transporte p\u00fablico de competencia auton\u00f3mica o local, el ministro y las autoridades de la administraci\u00f3n correspondiente podr\u00e1n fijar un porcentaje de reducci\u00f3n u otras condiciones espec\u00edficas, si la situaci\u00f3n sanitaria lo aconseja, teniendo en cuenta la necesidad de garantizar que los ciudadanos puedan acceder a su puesto de trabajo y a los servicios b\u00e1sicos.<\/p>\n<p>Los veh\u00edculos, obligados a una limpieza diaria.<\/p>\n<p>Para el transporte entre islas y entre \u00e9stas y la pen\u00ednsula se establecer\u00e1n unos criterios espec\u00edficos, as\u00ed como para facilitar el transporte de mercanc\u00edas en todo el territorio nacional, con el fin de garantizar el abastecimiento.<\/p>\n<p>El real decreto obliga adem\u00e1s a los operadores de servicio de transporte de viajeros a realizar una limpieza diaria de los veh\u00edculos, de acuerdo con las recomendaciones que establezca el Ministerio de Sanidad.<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, los sistemas de venta de billetes por internet deber\u00e1n incluir durante el proceso de compra un mensaje suficientemente visible en el que se desaconseje viajar salvo por razones inaplazables. Un mensaje cuyas caracter\u00edsticas y contenido podr\u00e1 establecer el Mitma.<\/p>\n<p>En aquellos servicios en el que el billete otorgue una plaza sentada o camarote, los operadores de transporte, los operadores tomar\u00e1n las medidas necesarias para procurar la m\u00e1xima separaci\u00f3n entre los pasajeros.<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"El transporte p\u00fablico a nivel nacional se
