Este importe es la parte correspondiente a la Administraci\u00f3n foral para afrontar los gastos a lo largo de 2020<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>Esta subvenci\u00f3n a la Mancomunidad de la Comarca de Pamplona servir\u00e1 para sufragar el equivalente al 65% del d\u00e9ficit de explotaci\u00f3n del servicio, una vez descontados los ingresos directos derivados del cobro a usuarios, entre otros.<\/p>\n<p>La Ley Foral 8\/1998 del Transporte regular de viajeros en la Comarca de Pamplona establece tanto las directrices generales del servicio como las aportaciones que deben realizar el Ejecutivo foral y los municipios incluidos en el \u00e1mbito de aplicaci\u00f3n. En el anterior Plan, el referido a los a\u00f1os 2018 y 2019, la subvenci\u00f3n del Gobierno de Navarra ascendi\u00f3 a 21,7 millones de euros, a raz\u00f3n de 10,32 millones en 2018 y 11,44 millones en 2019, ha explicado en un comunicado el Ejecutivo foral.<\/p>\n<p>La Mancomunidad de la Comarca de Pamplona aprob\u00f3 el 8 de junio de 2020 el VII Plan de Transporte Urbano referido al presente ejercicio, con un alcance econ\u00f3mico total de 38,63 millones, de los que a la Administraci\u00f3n foral le corresponde aportar 11,25 millones.<\/p>\n<p>El Transporte Urbano Comarcal (TUC) es un servicio b\u00e1sico que atiende a un total de 18 municipios del \u00e1rea metropolitana de Pamplona con una poblaci\u00f3n a 1 de enero de 2019 de 351.777 habitantes. Durante el pasado 2019, se realizaron un total de 40.639.355 viajes en TUC, registrando el servicio un crecimiento sostenido desde el a\u00f1o 2015.<\/p>\n<p>La flota del TUC est\u00e1 compuesta por 148 autobuses, de los cuales 40 unidades (27%) son de tecnolog\u00eda h\u00edbrida di\u00e9sel-el\u00e9ctrica y 6 unidades (4%) son veh\u00edculos 100% el\u00e9ctricos que iniciaron su funcionamiento el a\u00f1o pasado.<\/p>\n<p>El servicio est\u00e1 formado por 24 l\u00edneas diurnas y 10 l\u00edneas nocturnas y el a\u00f1o pasado ofreci\u00f3 8.017.574,45 kil\u00f3metros de servicio, con una velocidad comercial de 12,8 km\/hora.<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"El Gobierno de Navarra destina 11,2 millones de euros para financiar el Transporte Urbano de la Comarca de Pamplona\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.20minutos.es\/noticia\/4294872\/0\/el-gobierno-de-navarra-destina-11-2-millones-de-euros-para-financiar-el-transporte-urbano-de-la-comarca-de-pamplona\/\" style=\"line-height: 1.6;\" rel=\"noopener\">Lea la noticia completa aqu\u00ed<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Gobierno de Navarra aprob\u00f3 aportar 11.254.680,24 euros para financiar el VII Plan de Transporte Urbano de la Comarca de Pamplona.
