style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>El secretario general de Infraestructuras del Ministerio de Transportes, Movilidad y Agenda Urbana y presidente de Seittsa, Juli\u00e1n L\u00f3pez Milla, defendi\u00f3 el proceso de liberalizaci\u00f3n del sector ferroviario en Espa\u00f1a, previsto para el pr\u00f3ximo mes de diciembre, como una oportunidad \u00abpara subir m\u00e1s personas al tren\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Durante su intervenci\u00f3n en una comisi\u00f3n en el Congreso donde ha explicado los Presupuestos Generales del Estado (PGE) de su cartera, L\u00f3pez ha se\u00f1alado que se ha invertido \u201cmucho\u201d en la red de alta velocidad, unos 55.000 millones en total, pero que no se est\u00e1 utilizando \u201cdemasiado intensivamente\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Por ello, cree que, con la entrada de la competencia, programada para el mes de marzo a trav\u00e9s de la compa\u00f1\u00eda francesa p\u00fablica SNCF en la l\u00ednea Madrid-Barcelona, se abre una oportunidad de que m\u00e1s gente utilice el tren y de hacer la red accesible a m\u00e1s colectivos.<\/p>\n<p><a style=\"line-height: 1.6;\"
