La jornada cont\u00f3 con la apertura de la secretaria general de Transporte y Movilidad del MITMA, Mar\u00eda Jos\u00e9 Rallo.<\/p>\n<p> Carlos Delgado, gerente t\u00e9cnico de Consultor\u00eda, Medio Ambiente y TI de INECO, fue el encargado de realizar una presentaci\u00f3n sobre \u201cla competitividad de transporte en Espa\u00f1a\u201d. Un equipo t\u00e9cnico de Ineco se encarga, desde 2013, de la definici\u00f3n, mantenimiento y actualizaci\u00f3n de la base de datos del OTLE, del dise\u00f1o y c\u00e1lculo de una bater\u00eda de indicadores que permite obtener una visi\u00f3n transversal y multimodal del sistema de transportes y de la redacci\u00f3n de los informes anuales del Observatorio.<\/p>\n<p> El OTLE tiene como objetivo ser un marco de referencia para la consulta, el an\u00e1lisis y la toma de decisiones de los agentes relacionados con el transporte.
